Rather love this book. It has some lovely Pokemon artwork in it, and also various lovely phrases, citations and other Pokemon related sentiments. It’s enjoyable just thumbing through it.
Simples really, if you love Pokemon it’ll make a lovely and charming addition to your collection, and if you’re a proper fan you’ll relate to the citations I’ve no doubt.

A charming book bursting with positivity, joy and motivational messages. Inspirational quotes help your Pokémon lovers feel valued and needed.
A kids version of the boy, the mole and the horse and great to see for youngsters in a world where mental health is really recognised.
Beautifully illustrated. Small volumes of text per page to get those little ones encouraged to read.

This is a nice book. Hardback, with good quality print and paper. Each page has either a vibrant and colourful drawing or a short encouraging quote relating to the various Pokemon characters.
A good addition to any Pokemon fans collection, and a reasonable price of £11.95 at the time of this review, which isn’t bad for a product that says it is officially licensed.

This is a really glossy book which is printed and bound to a very high standard. The pages are full of Pokémon characters and their saying. My 8yo, who loves Pokémon, loves this book

This would make a cute gift for younger Pokémon fans. The cover looks great but I feel it doesn’t really match the illustrations in the book that look as if they were aimed at very young readers. There are plenty of fun colourful pictures along with some positive Pokémon quotes. These may be a little boring for older readers. It’s still a well-made book that would make a fun gift for very young readers.

This would be a perfect gift for a pokemon fan who appreciates the beautiful art that comes out of the franchise. It’s a lovely-quality, weighty book, full of gorgeous illustrations of both the pokemon and trainers. The content itself is really quite poor – trite ‘inspirational’ quotes interspersed with lyrics from the pokemon theme, and some “quotes” from pokemon, or trainers. I wouldn’t get this for someone who doesn’t love pokemon, but for a collector this would be a nice addition to their collection.

This is a really well presented 192 page book. I can see two real demographics for this:
– younger children who will appreciate the pictures
– teens/gamers who will appreciate the pictures – and take the mickey out of the ‘inspirational’ phrases
My 16 year old daughter who has been into Pokemon since she was around 3 falls into the latter camp! It’s the type of thing she will pick up off the shelf and absentmindedly flip through once in a while.
As more of an art book – it’s a pretty good coffee table/stocking filler type of item.

My 9 year old son loves Pokémonn so was really very pleased when I got this. He absolutely loved it. The images are really bright and colourful. Lots of Pokémon characters in the book to familiarise yourself with.
Would make a lovely present for an ardent Pokémon fan.
