This is a book of Celtic style designs printed in black on white backgrounds each would fit in a 10cm square or less and that’s why I haven’t given this product 5 stars because with today’s technology (2010) many will want these easily available to the PC user. The publishers could enhance their product by enclosing a CD-ROM with the designs in several formats for the computer user.

The designs are quite good but tended towards the bland. It’s another feature of these kinds of books that what we view as a Celtic design is just as likely to be viking or saxon. Knots are familiar features of a number of cultures, it’s easy to mix knot styles.
