This book has a good selection of recipes for both meat eaters & vegetarians, some I’ve heard of & some I’ve not, but regardless, I’m looking forward to trying them all. Each recipe has a photo of the finished dish & easy to follow instructions which, for me is perfect, (I’m not the most patient cook & love it when recipes are not complicated – as does my husband hahaha). Love the book & very happy to RECOMMEND.

I choose this book because at the time, we were needing to do a lot of batch cooking, and I wanted some simple recipes, rather than inspirational ideas. If that’s what you’re looking for then this book is ok, but just be aware that it is pretty basic. A good starting point.

The recipes are simple and easy, but may be too ordinary for a more experienced cook. Many of these recipes you can find in other books. I recommend it because the recipes are good and the pictures are really beautiful.

This was a gift for my daughter, who found it moderately interesting. Her teenage daughter found it easy to use and has made several of the recipes, her favourite being the spaghetti dishes.

This is a great cook book. I’ve made more recipes from this book than any of my other fancy pants cook books.

I really wanted to love this book as have loved KerryAnn since I first saw her on Fifteen many years ago! This would be ideal if you were just moving away from home and never cooked for yourself before, however as a mum of two I didn’t find much in the book that I didn’t already know plus some of the ‘recipes’ are so basic – a bacon sandwich, a grilled cheese sandwich and jam tarts with shop bought pastry aren’t really inspiring! On the plus side the photography is lovely and you can really feel her personality coming through in the book and there are one or two things I’m looking forward to giving a go!
