I purchased this cookbook On iimpulse from a discount book store, having enjoyed the ‘Jamie Does …’ and ‘Jamie’s Italy’ TV series.
Although ‘Food Escapes’ is not billed as such, it focusses on tbe Mediterranean region (Spain, Italy, Morocco, Greece, France). There are a good selection of recipes utilising fish and other seafood, traditional sheep or goat cheeses, plus plenty of salads.
Overall a great option for those who want to eat more healthily, without sacrificing flavour.
