Nice recipes in this one some of the ingredients are a bit out there. You have to go and find them in certain shops. I am going to try and tweak some of them with the ingredients I can’t get or like

An easy layout with lots of background information on nutritional science. If like my house anyone is following ‘Zoe’ it provides lots of ideas for expanding your plant diversity with easy to follow recipes.
Particularly good for vegetarian and vegan ideas.

I have well over 100 cookbooks, in most books I find one or two “keepers”. After 9 months this is different I have cooked around half of the recipes, but several many times and adapted them to my own convenience.
Aubergine and pea Curry and the sea bass recipes I use almost weekly. At least 10 others are keepers. As an Osteopath I have recommended this book numerous times to my patients who are looking to improve their gut health. Best of all the recipes are easy to cook, adaptable and great starting points to cook more healthily.

Bought this book in January & have since cooked 2 to 4 recipes from it every week without fail. Love the one pot meals & tray bakes & that whatever I choose will be healthy. Some of my favourites so far have been spicy halloumi bake/satay squash/Dr Rupy’s spaghetti & crispy seabass, all I’ve done several times. This is now my cooking bible.
