Excellent book on the subject. Approachable and easy to use as a reference text.

I’ve gotten the previous addition and ordered this. It is by far the easiest medical law book I’ve seen out there to read, providing enough information and good topics headings and subtopics. Includes plenty of relevant cases

Am I using this book for LLM Medical Law. For me it is the best all round text book with loads of useful references. Well written in an easy to digest style.

I bought a new book but it doesn’t look new as the cover is scrunched up.

Some GDPR Articles are incorrectly identified! (p.432)
For example, what should be identified as A9 (2) (h) is written as ‘A9 (2) (g)’.
This is disappointing, and shows the importance of reading primary sources.
Overall, an informative starting point for learning about medical law.
