One of the best Chinese & Asian cook books. Not only Chinese, but most of Asian food. Very easy to follow and results taste great and authentic. Pictures for every stage. Received this as a gift some time ago. So impressed have manged to obtain further copies for grown up kid’s to have as starter cookery book.

I bought a copy of this after a friend of mine made a Malaysian fish curry from it. It was divine. I ate 4 bowls. BIG bowls. The rest of the recipes look really good too, but I haven’t tried them (though I do intend to). I probably would have bought it even if it only contained the Malaysian fish curry recipe. Seriously. Buy this book.
