    I’ve read just about every SaaS related book available and this the best yet … a no nonsense guide on actually how to approach sales of any SaaS product. We created the Customer Happiness Score® as a SaaS platform and in our own scoring logic I would give this blueprint text the ‘actively happy’ smiley face ????
