I found this book had a nice, fresh approach to sales, and the development of sales people.
It focuses on the psychology of selling (I guess it’s all about people after all!) and has very structured, readable approach. Well recommended.

So far so good, its a book that doesn’t talk at you. Understanding the customer by understanding how you are as a person has got me thinking. Well worth a read and looking forward to putting this into practice.
