Somewhat challenging to work out how it works but once sorted is OK and produces lovely pom poms.

A perfectly good introductory text, appears to be a condensed down or combined Grow your own Veg/Fruit books from Carol. Not a patch of the Vegetable and Herbs Expert and Fruit Expert books by D G Hessayon but they now seem regretfully out of print.

I was not sure about this book when I first brought it as I find there is a lot of cross information in relation to growing vegetable. However, I found the book well written and to some degree clear enough to put a plan together of what I wanted to grow and when and how to care for them.
