I have only had a sneaky peak once or twice (or perhaps more…) as it’s a Christmas pressie. It is fantastic I love the idea of providing info on what other ingredients could work for the veg as well as recipes. The photos are great too. Delighted – I’ll never think I have too much cabbage or kale again!

Shame there is no section on figs, but it’s a great simple idea and a lovely book.
You look up a vegetable and the book gives you a few recipes to do with that veg.
