I first saw an excerpt of this recipe book in a magazine and was so impressed with the wonderful fresh vegetables , every day ingredients used and ease of preparation that I had to have it.Now I have now seen the rest of the dishes I know my first instinct to get this book was right. It also has the endorsement of the National Trust

I was surprised to see another review that gave it such a low rating. So I felt compelled to give an alternative view .So if you love veg and are looking for delicious easy to prepare dishes this is the book for you in my opinion.
