Bought this for my niece who is 6. She loves the stories and listens intently. There are several stories within the book, maybe 5 to 6 pages long each. The stories are fun and mischevious which my niece loves. There aren’t many pictures so would say suitable for little people of say 5 upwards, especially if they like fairies.

This story is all about a Mummy who can do magic as she is part fairy.
My mummy looks normal, like any other mummy . . . but she’s not. Because she can turn into a fairy. She just has to shut her eyes tight, say ‘Marshmallow’ . . . and POOF! She’s Mummy Fairy.
Unfortunately she’s not very good so often gets the spells wrong which lead to some disastrous situations which her little girl Ella and her family have to help her fix.
My daughter found this story hilarious and she zipped through it very quickly as it is quite an easy to read chapter book. The print is quite large. There are lots of large funny illustrations throughout the story too. We’ll definitely be reading the rest of this series now!
