The media could not be loaded.
So it says it a paperback back journal but its more semi hardback with the design embossed in it which I’m delighted with it. It enhances the quality. There is two pages about mindfulness and what this journal will help you do which I find great as I’m new to this journaling stuff. For the price you can’t go wrong.
