Very expensive for what it is. Has some useful information for someone just starting out with mental capacity assessments. Better books available. Wouldn’t waste money on this. If it was cheaper would be OK but not worth the price.

As a social worker, I felt this guide delivered exactly what it says it would deliver. I now have a better understanding of the 2 stage test of capacity and why I should complete a functional test first before the diagnostic test. I will now be completing capacity assessments with more confidence. Excellent guide
