My son saw me using an adult activity journal and really wanted one of his own. This arrived quickly and he hasn’t put it down! He loves reading the stories and completing the activities. IT covers various topics but as it is fun the child doesn’t even realise how it is helping them!

My child is 10 and seemes to be having a few issues that were getting her agitated. I saw this and thought I’d give it a go, I was willing to give anything a try. It’s a really great little book that she comes back to again and again, and it doesn’t have to be read or completed all at once.
Every child manages their emotions differently but she found this really useful which made me very happy!

My 9 year old granddaughter has really struggled with covid and not seeing her friends and losing her great grandparents so thought this might help.
It’s a good distraction for her but also deals with emotions in a sensitive way x

Really good for kids to work through emotions

Bought this to help some of my SEN students in secondary to deal with their emotions and understand more about the different forms of worry. Some stories my children could not relate to but they have enjoyed the activities. Is now being shared round the SEND department with quite a few of our students.

If the book had been printed properly it would have been a very useful book but all through the book it has been printed about 3 inches away from the edge so it’s cut off before you get to the ending could you please check the replacement isn’t the same regards S astley

A great book to work through with your child. Allows interaction without direct questions allowing your child to open up without feeling exposed. Highly recommend
