No idea why a previous reviewer gave this one star when they clearly enjoyed it, but I’d give it an extra one if I could. A witty and incisive memoir by a character actor of great talent who has managed everything from Shakespeare to Star Wars. His previous book ‘Performing Shakespeare’ (not to be confused with John Barton’s ‘Playing Shakespeare’) is an invaluable book for actors at all stages of their careers. Highly recommended!
