Really helpful notepad for someone who wanna control progress

This is a nicely set out logbook and will work well for most people. I needed one with more entries per page so that I didn’t have to write my workout out over again every few days, so I sent this back.
However, it is a nice quality item and a good price.

This little workout book is great. It has everything you can need in it from the date to your weight and measurements. It’s well made and not easy to tear apart when taking in and out of your gym bag. Would definitely recommend.

I love this for tracking my workouts. Wish the pages were abit bigger to fit more workouts and more space to write reps and notes on it but its good for tracking basic workouts.
