After pointing out some obvious failings with the cold calling game, the book walks you through the process from start to finish. At each stage, Greenway explains what to do, how to do it and, most importantly, why it works. I’ve since put the advice into practice and I can honestly say I’ve never been so confident when approaching new prospects. Would thoroughly recommend.
