Handy little pocket sized guide
by A Rhodes
this is such a handy guide which reviews the essentials for dental nursing, fits easily into a pocket and so much more convenient than other rather chunky and heavy dental nursing literature. There are a couple of minor errors in the print which is why I didn’t give 5 stars (p.21, surfaces of teeth lower buccal is shaded as palatal, p.24 states 28 deciduous teeth then corrects itself on next page with 20 deciduous teeth, p.30 uses incorrect symbol for retained roots).
Despite these minor errors, it is a really good book to have to hand particularly in the early stages of training and revision when out and about as it is compact and quite detailed for such a tiny thing.

Easy to carry with you, perfect for studying when you are on the go or find the odd minute for a look; even the dentist was impressed with it!

If like me you were thrown in to the deep end of dental nursing with very little help and guidance then this book is a godsend and helped me make it through my first few months as a dental nurse with minimal break downs
