Very useful book

I wouldn’t say I was an academic at all. I got gifted this book by a loved one who knew I was struggling and the ideas in the book vary and will be useful to each person in some way. I am applying quite a few techniques. The advice from current and previous TNA’s is really really helpful. It’s worth a purchase.
