Bought on the recommendation of course tutors (ACP course).
Lots of debate on the role of advanced practice. Good academic discourse but no conclusions and not practically applicable to the role. Some of the more clinical guides have a brief summary in their intro. However if you love books and academic discourse its a winner.

Most advanced practice books are based on AP in America this one is based on the history of AP and current practice in the UK. I am currently completing an AP course and every chapter of this book is relevant to the course and great case studies added.
