    So I don’t buy cook books any more as you can search the Internet for most recipes, but I just discovered you last Thursday on Instagram and loved your healthy recipes, I ordered the book, it arrived today and omg thank you , thank you for making a book that has just lunch and dinner as I personally don’t bake or make deserts (mainly for health reasons ), I don’t make breakfasts very much either, so this book ticked my boxes. Having looked through it, it’s the first ever book that I feel I like the look of and would cook ALL, yes All the recipes. I am going to make my way through it gradually. Once finished I may purchase your first book. Its a great quality publication and the photos are beautiful. Again thank you Christina Kynigos.????

    Easy tasty recipes, I own it about 3 months and I’ve made 3-4 recipes from there. Its a good book when you count calories and macros like me. Also if you like to use the air fryer as much as possible. No unnecessary details in the instructions. It ticked the boxes.
