    Within this journal you will find lots of activities that will help you to find calm and quiet within your inner world, regardless of what is going on in the world around you!

    We believe that this calm and quiet doesn’t necessarily have to be silent and still, because after all, most teens that we know, are full of energy, life and excitement. That’s why we’ve filled the pages with a range of different activities that you can pick from depending on your mood that day. Some days a little bit of doodling will be enough to help you relax and some days you might feel like moving your body with a walking meditation or a cat stretch. Whichever way you find it, that breathing space, will help develop your imagination, boost your creativity and improve your sense of self and identity.

    All of that matters because those qualities are the ones that underpin RESILIENCE, CONFIDENCE, ATTENTION SPAN and support EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING for life! These are the qualities that make life, with all it’s ups and downs feel a little easier. It also matters because you’ll sleep better, worry less, concentrate for longer and maybe even snap at your parents less too!
