Easy little knits with lots of fun animals. Only thing I’d say is the making up instructions are a bit vague so you have to look at the pictures & make it up a bit but I’ve enjoyed trying lots of them

Brilliant book, great for both novices and experienced knitters, comes complete with details on what you would need to make them and how to put them together. I’m making lots of these to raise money for an Assistance Dog for my daughter and will be selling them at the locak Christmas Fair, all being well we’re not in lockdown again. They look fab.

These are lovely, quick little knits.
Sachiyo Ishii is an excellent designer who has written and published oodles of patterns, usually for teeny tiny knits (it is definitely worth having a look at her other books).
Personally I am not keen on knitting with these floofy novelty yarns, I find it hard to keep track of where I am, but with something small like the patterns in this book it is much easier.
I plan to knit a few using ‘ordinary’ (ie not this ‘snowflake’ type of yarn) wools, maybe a couple of different strands together so I still get a textured effect.
Definitely recommend, especially if you are happy to experiment a bit with yarns.
‘scuse me, I feel the need to go and knit a guinea pig….

I only just got this book a couple of hours ago but wow, I want to knit each and every one today. I can’t wait to get new wool yet I can use old scraps for some time ????

I am really not happy that this book was NOT described as a mini book! I thought I was buying a full sized book. Regardless of the contents the advert not mentioning the size has really annoyed me as this booklet is just 6.25” x 8.5” in size. The patterns look good, apart from the one for the robin which is very peculiar, and I will give them a try, but for goodness sake, describe them accurately.
