I’m not a particularly busy person but I’m not a terribly confident cook & this book is great for me. Down to earth, sensible recipes that are straightforward to do & taste scrummy. I can highly recommend this book!

I bought this book in 2019, and after tidying and donating many of my cookbooks, I’ve only just looked at this one (2023).
I love the slow cooker already, and most of the recipes in this book are perfect for us – and mega easy too. Bonus! I’m feeding myself and my other half from this for the next seven days as I’m so impressed!
This one is a keeper. Wish I’d looked at it sooner, but “better late than never”.
