    I’d recommend reading this great new negotiation book by Mark Raffan, “9 Secrets to Win Deals and Influence Stakeholders”.

    It’s filled with actionable insights.

    For example, secret no. 7 – Build Influence and Persuasion – explains how “anyone can learn to be more persuasive, they just need to speak the right language”. This is gold. ????
