Funny as hell. Trump is comedy gold and this book, although finished quickly, like the others in the series, will brighten your day. The fact it’s a ladybird book with the same feel of the pages, the original illustrations re-purposed etc, just makes it all the more authentically hilarious. I wont give the text away but you’ll see that the comments made within are not merely observational but prophetic and downright terrifying. It validates the sane people that realise he shouldn’t be running a bath let alone a country.

Thought it was a good idea for a joke but it’s not that good

Bought this as a stocking filler for my brother as he loves almost anything from yesteryear & that includes the classic Ladybird books from his youth. I read it myself first & it was a good laugh, well written in that patronising way that Ladybird books used to be with great illustrations, I’m not tight with money but I do feel it was pricey for what it was, took about 10 minutes to read. If you can get a used one cheaper then go for it.

A typical high quality Ladybird book. Smells lovely just like a new book should. Seemed well received by my adult brother as a big of fun. Anything Trump related is fun right!

I don’t think US republicans would like this book, but I think it was hilarious.

Very funny.

Personally, I think this could have been funnier (not that it isn’t funny!) However, it is simply amusing, rather than side-splitting. I genuinely think the authors could have done an even better job at times; I often felt they were almost missing out on some good opportunities to create more than just a chuckle. Never-the-less, this is a good book to purchase at this point in time in order to raise a smile of relief and add a cheery goodbye wave (or possibly a more robust and less friendly hand gesture!) to an American President that most of the sane among us are now glad to see the back of … !
