My 7 year old discovered this author after reading the fabulous ‘myth atlas’. As soon as we received ‘A mummy ate my homework’, he read non stop and giggled throughout. He thoroughly enjoyed the book and learnt lots along the way (he’s super interested in Egypt)
    It’s beautifully illustrated and printed.

My 8 years old son is a reluctant reader and we are always looking for new books to get him into reading. A Mummy Ate My Homework was a big hit with him and so much so that he decided to take it to school and show his friends. I highly recommend it! Funny story, amazing illustrations and a history subject that is aligned with my year 4 school curriculum. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

I am 10 years old and I think the book is amazing, the illustrations are really good. The storyline is exciting and adventurous. This book will never make you bored.

The story is about a boy called Henry who travels through time and ends up in Ancient Egypt. He tries to find a way to get back home but has a lot of funny and exciting adventures while he is in Egypt with his Egyptian friends.
