The book was not in the best condition when it arrived. The colour on the corners were worn off. It’s a gift and so this is disappointing. There wasn’t an option of paperback so ordered a hard cover edition at a much higher price.

A joy to read, I didn’twant it to end. Thought provoking and funny with, of course, some superb recipes thrown in. Highly recommend!

It’s a little odd having a cook book as an audiobook, but Nick’s personality and writing carries through the recipes and I’m there all the way. A great listen.

Remember he’s a comedian not a chef so with that in mind don’t expect anything groundbreaking.
This would be a nice present for say a student who has never cooked before and needed teaching how to suck eggs.
Also really strangely reads like an actual book not a cookbook, no photos etc.
