£9.50
This book is a tribute to my Uncle Jim, Private James Watson 14428202 5th Black Watch, 51st Highland Division. All the stories are true as they are based on War Records, Soldiers Diaries, conversations with Veterans of 51st Highland Division and family and friends. You can learn more about the Black Watch at www.theblackwatch.co.uk. The Black Watch Museum is housed in the dramatic and historic Balhousie Castle. The Castle is set in its own beautiful gardens and grounds. A visit to this ancestral home of The Black Watch brings this glorious Regiment’s past vibrantly to life.

A Teenagers War was firstly self published by the author printing only 500 copies, he donated all the books to charities such as the British Legion, The Black Watch, Army of Angels and more. The books raised over £6,000 for Military Veterans.
Now the book has gone Global and it will sell many thousands, all the royalties will continue to go to charities.
It is a great read and endorsed by The 51st Highland Division Veterans Association.

An emotive read but a fantastic insight into real life for real people during WW2. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable to read a personal experience book based upon facts as the author saw them. Illustrates the companionships and heartbreaks suffered in such tragic times. Recommended read.
