The media could not be loaded.
So glad we bought this as we’ve needed it three times in 2 months with 2 hospital visits. It’s got everything you need and 110 pages of accidents only 107 pages left now!

The product would be perfect but the pages are fixed and so can’t be easily torn out to comply with privacy regulations and GDPR. Be aware that there is a form on each side of the page so as you fill in form 2 you could read the entry in Form 1 (or to put it another way, halve the number of forms that they advertise as you can’t allow this!). It would be fine as a personnel log book but it cannot be left eg with a first aid box for privacy reasons.
