This is an exhaustive book. It’ll probably cover just about everything you wanted to know about Accounting but is likely to bore you to death by the density of language and instruction.
Definitely not recommended for those starting out. On the other hand, could be a good reference guide for trained people.

This book is the essential text for first year accounting in the University of London external programme. It is at times wordy, but this is a tertiary level textbook, and not a comic book. But overall it is excellent. It covers all the basic topics for financial and management accounting in detail. This book is a must have for all accounting degree students.
