This book was easy to read and very informative. It provides the history and explains the deities involved. It moves on to draw similarities between these practices and Christianity.
The second half of the book explains the rituals and gives the uses of a wide range of herbs and information on how to create a gris gris or mojo bag. It also provides details on relevant festivals.
A very interesting book and a must for anyone interested in African Spirituality.
