Essential “workshop manual”. However the title is somewhat misleading as you might find it a little difficult to assimilate completely if you were too much of a dummy !

Thought this was supposed to be new? however a corner is torn and front page marked

Doesn’t go much beyond being a collection of interesting questions to ask Alexa. Most useful part is summary of what the colour codes on the non-screen version are and security settings (both of which I was very disappointed wasn’t provided in printed form by Amazon with the device itself).

Bought this for my dad as I knew my mum
was getting him an echo dot. Even though he’s fairly tech savvy (for his age!) he loved this book as it gave him loads of tips and tricks as to how to get the most out of his echo and reveals games, features and Easter eggs he otherwise would’ve been unaware of.

I’ve bought this Book for my 70 year old mother along with an Amazon Echo,
She has internet access as part of her home phone & TV package,
However she doesn’t know how to use a computer and doesn’t have a smart phone neither,
So this Book is her era of YouTube tutorial video’s and Google search for guide’s
It’s the ideal reference for the older generation whom don’t have access to other sources of information elsewhere, it’s packed with 270 pages of very well layed out information from connecting the device to wifi moving on to extra security measures you can tweak to further protect the devices from being hacked, aswell as a range of smart home devices etc.
I think in our digital world generation we forget that books were the number one go to tool for the older generations and for that reason
i give this Book 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as it’s teaching my mother all she needs to get the Amazon Echo Plus up to full potential,
When reviewing books such as this one:
Some of us tend to forget that some people can’t use YouTube or Google when there reviewing books Because they may have heard some of the books content elsewhere,
But when this Book is your only source of additional information, it has everything in one place cover to cover.
Thanks

A well laid out and easily understandable book on the Alexa system.
