Have only tried a few recipes from Angela’s book so far but just love the simplicity and straight forwardness of her recipes. Lots of choice too – something here for everyone from fish lovers, the vegetarians, those with a sweet tooth to the carnivores! Every recipe I’ve tried so far has not failed to disappoint and would recommend ????

What a fabulous cookery book with great recipes . Very informative and inspirational . All recipes are easy to make and much enjoyment has been had reading through this fabulous book . I came across it at the spa in Lime House , so from people who really know a thing or two about food . After having a look at the book I ordered it straight away and can thoroughly recommend it .

I was disappointed. Too many ingredients for me. I wanted something very simple, like Angela often cooks on TV. I’ve given the book away. It didn’t suit me but that’s not to say, that others might like it. There are only a number of ways you can reinvent recipes. The simpler, the better for me.

There are so many recipes I want to cook from this book, most of them actually ! It’s written in a straightforward no nonsense way that is so easy to follow. It’s well set out in sections eg. Soups, Snacks, Salads, Pasta, Meat etc. and the recipes are good for general home cooking and for entertaining friends. Nothing is too ‘ cheffy ‘ but they are meals you would be happy to eat in a restaurant. The accompanying pictures are large and clear and although there aren’t one for each recipe there are enough. Highly recommend.

Great book! I had the Kindle edition for 99p but decided to buy the book as it’s easier to cook from, without yr device screen saving all the time.
Really inventive, we’ve made the risotto & mac n cheese countless times now… All amazing!
Only comment, watch the butter… We halved it, as the recipe is very rich! Probably great in a restaurant, but a lot for a Thu night in the house!

I have just bought this on Kindle. I must say the recipes look good with interesting flavours. I cannot wait to try them.
