I have followed Anna’s family kitchen for a while and make one of her meals at least once a week, as the preparation is quick and it is mainly one pot cooking, so less washing up. It will be much easier following the recipes using her book, than on the internet and I love the pictures. I am please our family favourites of chicken pathia, dan dan noodles, lemon chicken and brownies were included, but there were lots of other recipes I am looking forward to trying. My son is going through the book making a wish list.

I’ve followed Anna on instagram since the early days and her no nonsense approach to family cooking, alongside delicious recipes has proven a hit time after time in our house. I’m delighted she has launched this book as it means I don’t have to scroll through her insta looking for recipes as they are all now in one place!
The book is well thought out and the different chapters are easy to navigate, plus the photography is stunning!!!!
My family love the Persian lamb so I’m delighted to see it’s in the book, no more scrolling through insta and screen shotting what to do!

Have been following Anna on Instagram for a while and her recipes always look amazing. However I hate “being online” when I am cooking and still prefer a proper cookbook so waited eagerly for this one to come out.
It is has been well worth the wait and we have devoured lots of the recipes already. A firm favourite with friends and family and I now buying it for Christmas presents. Some minor editorial issues for a first book, but nothing to stop the enjoyment of the book or the food!

I love all of Anna’s recipes, they really work, are delicious, ingredients easy to get – or she suggests alternatives for more options – and every one I’ve tried has been a hit with my hungry big teen boys.
My only slight niggle with the book is it’s hard to find things in the index. E.g. there’s a heading of “chicken” with all the recipes listed in a long sentence after it, so a bit tricky to pick out. But really, it doesn’t take a minute just to click through the pages to find what you’re after.
Would highly recommend and can’t wait for the next one that has Tuscan Chicken and other fab recipes from her Insta page!

What a lovely book. Great content, design, photos and recipes. So many I want to try.
Anna’s book, like her Instagram account, does not disappoint.
A little pricey maybe compared to others that you can buy on the shelf in your local supermarket but would make a great gift for someone who enjoys cooking.

Really love this book! I’ve filled her for a while in instagram! Super useful recipes that I can cook for my 3 boys and not have to run to the shops for silly ingredients! I’ve recommended it to so many of my friends!

Having found Anna accidentally on Instagram and the amazing feedback she was getting I bit the bullet and bought the book (much prefer paper than Instagram). I have made five of her recipes, four from the book and a fifth from her Instagram and have to say they have all been exceptional. I cook a lot and I absolute hate recipes where it feels like the chef has never tested the recipe. Anna’s recipes really show that she has put effort in to ensure they are bang on. The chilli recipe is by far the best I have had, and as much as it pains me to say, is better than my own. Lemon chicken, cowboy stew and the roast pork are all super tasty. The book has actually changed the way we eat as a family. Before it was cook two meals a day, one for kids and one for adults. Mostly due to my love of cooking not aligning with the kids palettes. I also don’t want to eat chicken nuggets. Anna’s recipes are a lot more kid friendly yet maintaining some really nice flavours. The kids are happy too which is a winner. I particularly like her repeated use of fennel seeds. Seriously, I have a gazillion cook books and only a handful I go back to, this is top of the pile. Highly recommended!
