Ultimately, the book is a most buy as it is the only one of its kind for the new AQA syllabus, but if you want efficiency and top marks, this can only serve as a supplement.
Cases: The book is saturated in case law which can result in being overwhelmed. With each page, there can be upwards of three cases which can provide a well founded understanding of the topic. However, no distinction has been made between leading cases and those mentioned purely for holistic purposes: this makes it hard to grasp what you ‘need’ to know, and what is extra.
Jargon: The language of this textbook is great for those knew to law and others who may struggle with the language of law. This is great for most as it ensures that knowledge is not withheld behind fancy words and complexes sentences, but this comes at price of high the top grade.

this goes into a lot of depth and has many many many cases for each aspect of law covered, a little too many that is required at a-level, but the explanations are good and the nature of law is very well explained and reasoned

Came on time, good quality new textbook however the actual book contains mistakes (which we all laugh about in our lessons) and for a book with mistakes it is quite expensive.
