A jokey format really but with a profound message for everyone. Highly recommended.

Bought for my 1year old as she likes outer space things and I learned some stuff myself. Nice simple read and nice illustrations

I bought this book as an additional fun newborn gift, it was a successful present.

This book is super cute. We bought Quantum Physics for babies first in a museum and since my baby gets really excited about planets and stars so I ordered Astrophysics for babies. These books are really cute and describe physics in a simple way with lovely pictures. You can never start too early to familiarise your baby with such topics.

Ca is the chemical symbol for calcium, not carbon. I realise that this is a book for babies and they are not going to understand what is being read to them for some time but, seriously, why bother with a book like this at all if you are going to make basic mistakes like that?
I would like this mistake corrected and a replacement copy sent to me please.
UPDATE 01/10/2018: I’ve been sent a corrected replacement copy now. The Universe is as it should be again…..

Not very engaging but is a good enough book for introducing science to little ones. My toddler likes to point at all the circle shapes as “balls”
The words in this book could have been contrasted with more thought and form. The illustration is quite poor and on the boring side.

Loved it, taught me a few things and it’s been fun reading it to my son! I’m a scientist and I’d like my little boy to be able to enjoy learning as much as I do so I’m hoping some of it will sink in!

I pre-ordered this as soon as I saw it – my son’s room is space themed and has rockets and astronaut toys everywhere. I was therefore disappointed to see a typing error in the book, I messaged the author about it and got a generic response basically saying ‘we know, here’s a Web page with the correct information’. I’m not taking anything away from the book, but his pr team need speaking to
