Some oldie but goodie suggestions, plus some fresh twists. A great addition to your planning collection

I really like how easy this book is to use. After teaching for 15 years and just about to embark on a new job, I am in need of inspiration and this book plus the bonus material will help to get me ‘out of a rut’ and give me new, practical tips. Like how you don’t need many materials either.

Brilliant resource, easy to follow instructions and written in the style of grab and go , so perfect if you are stuck for ideas.

This book is brilliant. It is full of fun, easy to coordinate and engaging starter and plenary activities. It’s exactly what you need if you are looking for some new ideas to spice up your lessons and improve your children’s educational experience. Most of them need very little preparation in advance.

I bought the first book in this series and was delighted with the simplicity and practical nature of the strategies and ideas presented.
This one is equally practical but is also filled with really engaging, fun activities. I’ve bought collections of starters and lesson activities in the past
but have been disappointed because a large percentage of the contents tend to be ‘fillers’. Not so with this one –I love all these ideas and I know
my students will too.

This book has some really great ideas for starters and plenaries that are so adaptable to every subject! I’m a trainee science teacher and I’ve been using lots of these ideas in my lessons. The book is written in a really user friendly way and would totally recommended it to anyone in the teaching profession.

I really enjoyed reading the ideas in this book. The ideas are really practical and easy to use and will definitely expand my existing repertoire. Each idea is easily adaptable to pretty much any lesson and I’m looking forward to trying many of them out. The book is really easy to read and I enjoyed the sense humour it is written with. These sorts books can often feel quite patronising or unrealistic but this is neither. I am also impressed with the generous number of freebies I can now access! Thank you!
