Another enjoyable boy by David Walliams. He always has to throw in some D&I characters (so it feels like a course at work designed to make us all better humans) but then sticks to standard old storylines – goodies and baddies. Most importantly, my son loves them and talks about them a lot afterwards.

Considering the fact that this is the first David Walliams book I have ever read, I am more than impressed. For a start the front cover is so intriguing which is why I bought the book in the first place! I literally could not put the book down after I opened it, And also it arrived in one piece, Perfect. I highly recommend the book as it is very detailed, Well written and I have heard so many more good things about it. Furthermore, If you are a fan of cliffhangers read this book because after almost every chapter there was a cliffhanger, which made me continue reading! I think this book would be suitable for people aged 7 and over. I will definitely be reading David walliams again. Please do more of these, I would love to see a part 2!

The part where Frank said that his dad was the best dad in the world an that’s all he needed he didn’t want any thing else I loved the book so much but at the end you could’ve added a part where they get reunited with the mom because you forgot about her at the end but I loved the books a lot and I finished it in a day
