Been advised to go gluten free so these books have been brilliant, especially the section on baking.

I just enjoyed the common sense and ideas in these books
breakfasts, breads, snacks, lunches, main meals and FAKEouts better (and safer) than takeouts?
GF doughnuts – SOLD!
also very good website nd links for other useful sites for info
I initially looked at price and went to my library app to check them out – quick read convinced me of value and now I have bought them and my partner who is dairy intolerant suddenly is interested in more interesting food again – JOY

Very nice cook book, easy to follow recipes,
Easy to understand instructions.

I love the book but the reason why I’ve given it four stars because I’d love for it to include more dairy free (as in egg free) recipies. It seems like 90% of the recipes need egg – and I can’t eat egg! 🙁
