Would’ve liked some examples of work in this.

Genuinely adore this book. It has loads of great ideas across a range of mediums. It offers a short summary of the artist an/or style and then offers clear guidance about how to facilitate pupil work inspired by the stimulus, usually evolving across three progressive lessons.

Easy to follow and jam packed with ideas. Bought as a support for those lacking confidence in Art as a go to guide. ( I’m Art lead in my school) Useful in that it breaks down skills which need to be taught.

I’ve used this regularly to give me ideas for art lessons for ks1 and ks2. Well written and presented and includes a great breadth of information to support art within primary- a very useful resource.

The book is really good. The condition of the book is not as described. I don’t mind a second hand book but not when I have paid for a new one, very disappointing.
