The cd is absolutely atrocious
by Stephen Hunter
The sheet music is perfect, the cd was missing.
by Ian A Sutton
Good value and does the job I wanted it for.
by Sam
The contents of the book are very wide, it goes from boogie to blues and rock n roll piano.
Also the CD contains all the tracks with/without the piano part.
by Elaine Gwenter
Boogie Woogie Piano is an excellent introduction to the joys of this style of piano playing.
The structure of the book allows you to grasp and practice a component style, and then develop it in a more fulfilling piece.
The chapters allow you to progress, practice and comprehend the theory underlining the techniques. And it’s exciting and fun watching your progress, and rewarding playing real music, not sterile exercises.
It worked for me and it is proving successful with my piano students, who are loving it and stimulated by it.
I wholeheartedly recommend Boogie Woogie Piano
by Mr Brendan Connolly
Have you ever felt like a Thicko because you dont understand modern art. Well thats how i felt listening to the CD. I honestly could not make sense of it. I would have preferred if a competent solo pianist had simply played the examples. Instead it consists of backing tracks which I found overwhelming.

A good book with a wide variety of examples.I was really after more left hand pattens which seem to me rather easy.
It does not show the amount of left hand pattens that there are in Boogie Woogie.A bit disappointing, hence only 3 stard.

good gift for my son and gives good turnarounds and rift ideas for practice for someone who is well practiced in this music genre
