I bought this as I liked the air fryer book by the same author. There are so many delicious recipes in here, and it widens your horizons. I never thought of adding pasta near the end of cooking! I’ve always gone for goulash, or beef and ale stew etc… But this book has a variety of recipes from around the world that turn out really tasty. Some of my favourites are Red Pepper and Sweet Potato Soup, Coconut & Line Chicken Curry and Honey Garlic Shredded Chicken. I believe Nathan has another book coming out, I can’t wait!

Great book for the busy slow cooker fan. Easy to follow and the recipes I have tried so far have been brilliant. Really enjoying using it. Have now ordered the air fryer book from the same author.

I bought this book as I wanted to expand my slow cooking repertoire away from just stews and meat joints. Excellent book with easy to follow recipes, there are very few, if any recipes in this book that I won’t be trying. Made the Beef Massaman, Beef Ragu and Lemongrass Chicken in one weekend for freezing, all three were easy to prep and tasted fabulous, next stop……….fudge, but swapping mini eggs for chocolate M&M’s :0) Quite a few of the recipes have the same spices in, in varying quantities so no need to buy lots of different ones that are only good for one dish. Definitely worth the price.

We got a slow cooker and was not making great use of it. We got this book and have been really impressed and now love our slow cooker!
Lots of great dishes in there and really clear instructions. We’re very happy.
Have it 4 stars as I’ve found the timings on our slow cooker are different. His timings were overcooking our food. Also we found that a small number of recipes are very similar, one or two very small tweaks but essentially feels like you’re eating the same meal twice.
