Life can often feel overwhelming and with pressure from school, relationships and social media it can be hard to remember to take a bit of time for ourselves – to take care of what’s going on for us on the inside.
Breathe Out has been written specifically for young minds and the unique challenges that teenagers face today, it is filled with exercises and techniques for anxiety relief and tips specially designed to help you to take a step back and take a moment for yourself.
With a variety of exercises that encourage you to be present, to be a better listener, articulate your feelings and get a handle on your screen time among many others, this is a hands-on journal that will allow you to track your moods and feel more in control when things can be a bit overwhelming. There are also mindfulness and breathing techniques to allow you to keep on top of your emotions wherever you are.
By unlocking your creativity – whether that’s using colour, list making, noting your thoughts and experiences – you’ll explore what makes you you, build new inner strengths and discover how to prioritize your wellbeing every day. The result? A happier, more fulfilled you.

Very nice book and a bargain price. But I have seen more expensive ones that give you prompts and suggestions as to what kind of things to write in the journal this doesn’t, it just provides spaces for you to write stuff. But lots of helpful advice and activities.

I brought this for a friend, as I had one brought for me at Christmas. I have found it really useful. Some great quotes in the book; tips to look at what triggers stress or anxiety; tips to help you relax, what is good to try from drawing to suggesting to get back to nature and take some walks. Some colouring; doodling and just space to write your thoughts and feeling.
I keep the book on my desk at work as I have been struggling with anxiety and stress, and it’s great to have at hand during those moments.

Fab book to help with mental well-being with colouring pages, quotes, prompts. Very good. It’s a gentle start to journaling ☺️

This is a fabulous little well being journal. It is written in partnership with MIND, and all royalties will be going to their registered charity which is one that I already support. The book contains many helpful tips and exercises designed to aid relaxation and offer you a chance to express your emotions and thoughts. The paper is excellent quality and the illustrations are beautiful. It’s not overpriced either, unlike a lot of other similar journals which are on the market.

Fantastic little book. Good quality pages so colour doesn’t go through if you use inks or pens. The exercises give you a place to start if you find a blank page intimidating. It took me a few pages to really get into it but it has become such a valued part of my self care. I actually sad to have filled it all up!
I paid the full £9.99 for it and it was worth every penny.

I bought this because I thought there’d be a lot of mindful activities to do in the book but it’s majorly consisted of lines to write on.. not really what I was looking for but it has some activities at least.
