Good value for money

A necessary purchase for the new specification, this was pretty late coming.
Pearson really ought to have this text books out well before a new course is live.
The text is fully mapped to the criteria and syllabus for each of the outlined units, and provides a useful guide to what is required in each section. However, this does not have depth and does not provide specific information when needed – especially in relation to legislation. Something might be mentioned but the book lacks any specifics that might help a student to fully distinguish what might not be relevant.
Very good for getting the gist and general idea, but not enough specific information where needed.

Really good book to support any student undertaking this course as there seem to limited books available. Initially I thought it was overpriced but this book has been so valuable and is being well used. For some reason not all the modules are covered by the book and independent research is needed for some modules. There doesn’t seem to be many support materials on the market for BTECH courses.Worth the price tag though.

Was recommended by college and became my son’s go to book for the entire 2 years of his course! I was concerned about the price but needn’t have as so well used.

I brought this book to help me on my college assginement would 100% recommend if you are doing a computing course at college, as this helped me out a lot, as there is key information in the book that you will need. I brought the paper back copy as heavy it is, it’s great to use.

Really good textbook which helped me with my course, by giving me the information and it tells you where the information needed to go in the assignments
