My boy hates the reading books from the shool library and it’s been a challenge to find something that he will read to keep up with the schools program of reading at home every day. These sort of cartoon style books are a god send for him as he loves the colourful pictures and less reading. No ideal I admit, but better than no reading at all.

Kids delight and family reading a must

My son was introduced to the Captain Underpants cartoons by a friend and loved them. I decided to get the book for him for Christmas as I thought he might enjoy it too. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it’s brilliantly written and the illustrations are so colourful and fun. We love the Flip-o-Ramas and the comics are an added bit of fun. I suspect we’ll be buying more! He’s 7 and he was able to read it pretty easily on his own.

My 7 year old son is a reluctant reader, he loves this book, will read it independently and is often heard giggling away. Highly recommend.

I thought this was a new story/book because the date is Jan 2020, but it is just two previous stories put together in one book. Very disappointing. My son would give the stories 5 stars, so I have averaged it at 3 stars because this looked like it was a new book.
