A good present for a car nut
by MW
Good book though some of the hints are a little out of date but still a good read for a teenager that has just passed their test. That’s if teenagers these days read.

I had seen this being promoted by various car folk on social media so this had perked my interests.
Sadly that really was the most enjoyable thing I got from this.
A collection of tips for in the car, out of the car and stuff to put in the car. But you’ve seen it all before, from various clickbait articles to memes shared on social media.
Wasnt entirely unhappy about this but expected a lot more than what I got.

I gave this book to a nineteen year old grandson who loves his little car! He tells me it is crammed full of useful hints and information of which he was previously unaware.

Ideas and hints
by gorey18
This is a delightful book full of useful tips and beautifully illustrated. After opening the book, I found I couldn’t put in down, and read it right through to the end. I kept thinking “What a good idea” and “Why didn’t I think of that”. Every car owner should have a copy. I thoroughly recommend.

Some really good ideas! Admittedly, I’ve only read about 15 pages so far but already found another good use for herbal tea bags…!
Nice-sized – A5 & in hardback. Well-written with lots of illustrations.
Not all the tips are going to be everybody’s cup of tea but most should find something of interest to keep their vehicle in better condition – mechanically or cosmetically, as well as making journeys less tiresome.
Recommended – money well-spent, in my book! 🙂
