A very happy friend was pleased to receive this the next day. I bought it for her Birthday and for her to try and understand her Diabetes carbs. However, her original training with the book may have been translated into negative action. Had to explain to her how it worked again! But the book is great ( I got one already) and for Diabetics and Dieters, it’s really worth buying.

Great read, handy book to educate, the brain. Must not give in to temptation.

Thought this was a very useful book. Just what I was looking for to assist with Carb control and Calorie information. What I did find a bit confusion was the different weight measurements for products. Thought it would be better to use one weight say 100 grams for everything. That would make it much easier to work out the value of the food used. Weights of 60, 80 or 110 grams make it a chore if my food came to 150 or 170 grams say. Still I use it most days and it works for the job I need. Just my maths isn’t great. LOL.

I am pre diabetic and this book was recommended to me. It is a good book for counting calories and is full of pictures and advice on carbs, etc. I thought I was quite a healthy eater until I started reading this little treasure!! Great book if you want to get healthier or just to lose weight.

This book was recommended by my online group nurse to help combat diabetes type 2.
It has made me more aware of what I eat and the portion sizes

Bought this book to help track my calories and change my diet after being diagnosed with diabetes. This book has been a great help and I’ve been using it every night. Couldn’t recommend it more, especially if you have similar circumstances of needing to track calories in meals!
